Miss Lori Gets Happy and Healthy at a Walgreens Food Oasis

Often I find myself with very little time to get done what I need to get done. Therefore, anytime I can combine tasks I am thrilled. And anytime I can complete those tasks with the aid of what I like to refer to as a Parenting Partner, I am over the moon. I have been shopping at Walgreens for my cosmetics and prescriptions my whole life. But as I have increased in age what I turn to Walgreens for has increased as well;like last minute school project supplies, birthday treats and the occasional late night gallon of milk. And luckily Walgreens has always been there for me. Now, however, Walgreens is going the extra mile with their new Food Oasis stores. More than just milk or butter I can find fresh produce, frozen shrimp, prepared meals and more at comparable prices to my traditional grocery stores. Having the Food Oasis stores available helps keep my family happy and healthy, and me too.

I can bring my quick purchases home and make a meal that looks like this:

When I can get to a store, the food is a great addition to Walgreens, but honestly some days I can barely find time for a shower, let alone find time to stop at a store. Luckily I don’t have to go to Walgreens to shop at Walgreens. By opening a Walgreens.com account I can shop online for all of my non-perishable needs. But by installing the Walgreens app on my phone or tablet, I can shop on the go.

And we know I always have my phone in my hand because my life is social. Powered by social media that is. I love sharing my work and life with my social postings, but sometimes I miss having good ole fashioned photos that I can put in my wallet or tape on the fridge. But Walgreens has that covered too. With the Walgreens app I can print pictures from my photo gallery, but also from my facebook and instagram feeds, all with just a few strokes on my phone. Best of all they are ready in an hour or less! They look much better than anything I generate from my own printer, and take lass time and effort too.

And by signing up for a Balance Rewards account, no matter where I shop, (in store, online or on the go), I am SAVING! Now that’s a Parenting Partner! But don’t just take my word for it, go check Walgreens out for yourself. You know you’ve got errands to run, and I know Walgreens probably has many of the things on your list. No reason to go it alone when you can have a partner, a Parenting Partner.
