Miss Lori Says Leonardo DiCaprio Outshines the Gatsby Movie Cast

I had the pleasure of attending a screening of the new Gatsby movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio thanks to my friend Patrice, aka Afrobella, and the great people at Jet Magazine. As an actor, I have a great deal of respect for Leo DiCaprio so I was looking forward to seeing what he would do with this iconic literary role. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. Perhaps too spectacular though, because the rest of the cast was never able to reach the bar that DiCaprio set. [Read more…]

Miss Lori celebrates #SoFabColor fashion bloggers week 8

Anyone who knows me well knows that I am not a fashionista, but I sure gave birth to one. My eldest daughter KA!ANN, age 11, dreams of having her own fashion line when she grows up, (to all of 18!).
