What are you wearing? No this is not the beginning of a prank call. I really want to know. What are you wearing when you work out? It makes a difference you know. It really does. Most of us embarked upon this Mamavation journey because we felt that we need to improve our health; our physical health and our emotional health as it pertains to our bodies. We want to get smaller so our self confidence can get bigger, and our lives can extend longer. Makes good sense. Miss Lori fell off the Mamavation track this week and lost sleep

So, this week was trouble. I was supremely stressed filling out financial aid applications filing corporate taxes, prepping my 2010 taxes, you sense a money theme here? Yup, that’s what stresses me most, money. The problem for me is that when I have to immerse myself in my personal and professional finances the numbers take over my brain and it’s extremely hard to turn it off. Do you ever have that problem? So what does any of this have to do with Mamavation, losing weight and the price of beans? Well, sleep is an integral part of a health plan. Yes, you heard me, SLEEP.
