Miss Lori offers 5 tips for giving birth to an idea in the social media age

Today I am giving a media training presentation and workshop at the inaugural Pitch Refinery Conference (#MissLoriTV). Media training has become increasingly important in this climate of invention and entrepreneurship. Social Media is a great equalizer allowing the individual proprietor to reach a community as easily as a big brand does without being hampered by a small promo and advertising budget. But before you get to the stage of requiring media training to support your brand you first have to birth an idea. I always joke that I have one good idea a day when anyone comments that something I have offered is “inspired”. Miss Lori thinks parents should introduce Facebook to their kids
